Half a year ago I started drawing on Jen - chapter 12. Today that journey ends and you can see the TOUCHING conclusion of this story.

Touching. Yes. I have to say that this must be the first time I could not hold back my tears when drawing a comic, page 59 was heartbreaking to do and with that I think I probably set the mood correctly for the particular scene.

This ending may very much come as a surprise to many, even though several signs have been around already indicating that some things would just not continue. Even Jen herself had a sense of finality when she went below the waves.

So did she manage to turn around the upcoming fate of the world? And what about her own? If you haven't read the last pages yet, maybe it's best that you go do so.


I decided to wrap this chapter up with a very special page (page 60) and convey even MORE feeling through a live performance by no-one other than our very own beloved Jennifer McCrow!

I hope you enjoyed the chapter, I certainly had a great time crafting this story... but also know it doesn't end here. Please check the news/blog soon for a preview of what's planned next.

I have to say. It was such a touching end that it made me feel so sad to see someone lose his life because of the infection. I guess it was inevitable once he got it. :(

Such a nice story there. May he rest in peace.

It is always a very hard thing to do (not that it's common for me to do this at all!) and it was also very difficult to write this part. Couldn't really hold back my tears either, especially when drawing the scenes where Jen and her daughters were showing their reaction just after hearing the bad news.

But life goes on, for everyone else and you might be delighted to hear that I am planning to launch the next story before tomorrow! I'm estimating about 10 hours until the cover and first two pages will be visible. Also, there's a bit more wow there, some exciting surprise, an exciting look inside the Neko Café... a little erotic but not overdone. ^^
